  • Connection is simple and faster than ever. Our homeowners don’t need to schedule an appointment or wait for a technician to install anything. All you need to do is follow the simple steps below, and FisionX will connect your home immediately.
  • Your community has a dedicated account manager available to assist residents. To contact your account manager, please call the Fision customer service line at (833) 354-2289, and they will connect you with your representative. Routing all requests through customer service ensures there is a record of your inquiry and provides the representative with the information they need to assist you efficiently.
  • FisionX account managers are committed to helping residents get connected and can often be found at community events, attending annual meetings, and checking in with the management team at the Association office.
  • No internet search required! Lennar has partnered with FisionX to secure bulk rates for the community. The monthly internet assessment you pay for as a homeowner covers the base service. Please review the Assessments page for current assessment rates.
  • Need to upgrade? No problem! If you need faster speeds than your base service provides, FisionX can upgrade your service pending availability in your area.

  1. Scan the Fision QR code left on the sign in your master bedroom closet or visit gethotwired.com/start to connect to your Wi-Fi
  2. Set up your account by using your address, or sign in if you’ve already created a customer account
  3. Set up your Wi-Fi network and password
