Espada Express
The Espada Express is a newsletter sent out weekly on Thursday. The newsletter has community reminders, RSVP for upcoming events, codes for Espada's resident perks, and more! Signing up for the newsletter is the most efficient way to stay up to date.
BUURT
Building Unified User and Resident Tools (BUURT) is our online payment portal. It is designed to be a centralized platform to optimize how you can:
- Pay and view your account balance
- any current compliance issues
- View assessment statements and letters associated with your account
- Update your BUURT account contact information

Please note that in order to first log in, you need to use the same email address used to purchase your house.
Assessments
Homeowners pay their HOA, wifi, and trash assessments through our payment portal, BUURT. Trash and HOA are quarterly, and Wifi is monthly. To see the current assessment rate, please visit the assessments page.
Please note, it can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks after closing for a homeowner account number to be assigned to you. At that time, you will receive your account statement through the mail.
Calendar
We understand you are busy! Take a look at our community calendar to see when upcoming lifestyle events are and when important homeowner meetings are. The lifestyle program is a great way to connect with your neighbors through small and large events for all Espada homeowners. This is where you can RSVP for events and add them to your personal calendar.
Document Library
We recommend familiarizing yourself with the Document Library on the website. Some helpful documents include the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R) and the ACC Application for architectural modifications. This is where you can understand more about community guidelines, the bulk contract agreement, and more.
