Assessment Overview
HOA Assessments at Espada are currently $1,200 annually, billed quarterly at $300. Assessments are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.
FisionX is $43.99 a month, every month. Payment will be made through the HOA payment portal. This payment is separate from the HOA Assessment.
Trash service, provided by Frontier Waste Solutions is $28.60 (plus tax) monthly, billed quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Payment will be made through the HOA payment portal. This payment is separate from the HOA Assessment.
New Homeowners
It can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks after closing for a homeowner account number to be assigned to you, so an attempt at making a payment soon after moving in may not be possible, as the HOA will not be able to process your payment without an account number.
How do I pay my assessments?
Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessment. Whichever method you choose, be sure you include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper application of your payment. Your account number can be found printed on your quarterly statement.

New Resident Portal (Single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's brand new resident portal, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!

Alliance Association Bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for the use of a one-time eCheck payment. The bank charges a $5.00 flat processing fee per debit card transaction and a 3.5% per credit card transaction.

Previous Online Payment Options Through AAB
If you decide not to register for an account in the new resident portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB):

- One-Time Electronic Check & Credit/Debit Card Payments

- Management Company ID (6675)
- Association ID (651tx)
- Your Property Account Number (XXXXXX) Your account number is 6 digits and can be found on the top of your account statement.
