Bree Santiago

Bryana was born and raised in San Antonio and proudly brings over 15 years of property management experience to the Espada team. With a strong background in multifamily and single-family operations, she is known for her ability to create welcoming, well-run communities where residents truly feel at home.

Her approach focuses on building connections, supporting her team, and delivering a positive living experience while maintaining strong operational performance. She takes pride in turning properties into communities that people are excited to be a part of.

Outside of work, Bryana enjoys painting, drawing, and anything related to the arts. She’s also a big fan of horror films and loves spending quality time with her family. And of course—she never misses a chance to cheer on the Spurs.

The Community Manager's responsibilities include:

Community contract and vendor management
Community standards
HOA financials and assessments
Amenity-related concerns
ACC Review Committee management

Aspen Harrison

Aspen recently graduated from Trinity University, where she studied English Literature and Secondary Education. At Trinity, she worked as a Visit Intern in the Admissions Department and as an Orientation Team Leader for incoming students. In these roles, she learned how to provide fun, interactive events for a diverse audience, just like Espada! Aspen is so excited to grow into her career as the Espada Community develops. She loves San Antonio and wants you to love it just as much. Aspen is always available for resident feedback and connections.

Outside of her role as Lifestyle Director, Aspen enjoys crafting, reading, and going to the movies. Aspen loves going out to eat and is always looking for a new restaurant or cuisine to try!

Aspen’s responsibilities include:

Planning community events
Espada Communications (social media, newsletters, website)
Sponsorships, marketing, and community outreach
New resident onboarding
Lennar builds the houses; Aspen facilitates the making of the village.
